The kaffir lime is a tree of the citrus family. The leaves are traditionally  used in Cambodian cuisine and develop a unique citrus scent. Kaffir lime leaves are harvested by hand and immediately washed and dried at a low temperature. After they are dried, they are immediately packed to retain all their aroma. Once the package is opened, it is recommended to keep the leaves in an airtight container, in a dry area away from light and moisture.

Perfect for fish, curries, and soups. Also use in water to cook rice and desserts.
