Striking red henna design painted on white candle. Beautiful handmade votive candle made of refined paraffin wax. The artisan makes each color by mixing high quality colour pigments and hot wax, and then painting the candle with a sponge and paintbrush.
Starting as a family business in 1994, Kapula now has over 160 staff. Kapula is known for its beautiful and unique candles and ceramics hand made by artisans in Bredasdorp, a small town in the region of Overberg, South Africa. Kapula helps export artisan crafts to international markets.
Candle Tips:
First burn time - 1 hour for every inch diameter
Wicks should always be cut to ¼” prior to lighting
Avoid drafts - they cause dripping!
Please ensure candles are extinguished prior to leaving the room
