The chilis are sun-dried for 4 to 5 days and then crushed and packaged immediately to retain all their flavour.
Bright red in colour, Sweet Long Chili has a sweet smell. More aromatic and spicy than paprika or Spanish Pimenton, Sweet Long Chili develops a hint of heat without being aggressive. Use anywhere paprika is suggested.
